The Bangladesh Port Ship Chandler Contractors Associations (BPSCCA) is the official body representing ship chandlers and marine service providers working at the major seaports of Bangladesh — including Chittagong, Mongla, and Payra. Our members are licensed by the Port Authorities to supply goods and provide essential services to sea-going vessels engaged in international trade.
We operate in accordance with international maritime regulations (IMO) and local port laws, ensuring that ships visiting Bangladeshi ports receive the support they need — safely, efficiently, and legally.
